  Will never shop at this publix again!!!!! I went in yesterday to preorder cakes. Celeste was so busy arguing with me about how a cake that I like was being made the wrong way before and now they make it the right way that she didn't even put in the correct order for 2 cakes. Then when I go in to pick it up the next day the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and shook her head like she was irritated after asking what I wanted. If you don't want to do your job don't have one. I will never step foot in this publix again because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!! The one in winder is so much more friendly helping and not rude for no reason at all.

  Ordered a cake for my brother's birthday. Came out beautifully. Excellent customer service as well as far as the write up. Only thing wrong was they didn't call me when it was done. I can deal with that though.
